Koch Production and Shipping Supervisor

Location- Plant City, Florida - Onsite

Travel – Less than 10%

In this role you will:

Manages, develops, and leads the daily activities of multiple production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily manufacturing schedules, workflow organization, and machine/line utilization to meet output goals
• Supervise the picking, packing, staging, Bill of Lading (BOL) creation, and loading of finished goods. Coordinate carrier pickups and schedule freight with transport providers
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate frontline production and shipping personnel. Manage timecards and payroll approvals
• Oversee cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances, and maintain accuracy in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or warehouse management systems
• Enforce OSHA standards, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company safety policies, and forklift safety certifications
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S workplace organization, and root-cause problem-solving for shipping or production errors
• Daily GEMBA to ensure high levels on Safety
• Create a great work environment consistency in all the areas and departments

Qualifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Top 3 skills required:

• Safety: Standard operations procedures to maintain zero-accidents workplace culture
• Leadership: Ability to direct, train, enforcing labor standards, manufacturing KPI’s
• Operations: Expertise in monitoring workflow, tracking raw material, managing FG’s, ensure On Time Delivery and reduce production bottlenecks.

Experience:

• 3+ years' experience required.
• Manufacturing experience required
• Experience/background in a startup environment.

Base salary range: $78,000 to $98,185/year

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
