PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description Supervise daily production operations. Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved. Monitor employee performance and workplace safety. Prepare production reports and improve production efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or production. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills.
