(ENG) The Team You're Joining The Production Team sits within SFOC's Communications Division, creating visual content that brings climate issues to life for wider audiences - spanning video, design, and digital campaigns across SFOC's channels and thematic programmes. As Creative Director of our in-house production team, you'll shape the visual identity of SFOC's content and lead the creative direction across all visual output and design branding. How You'll Contribute Disseminate and raise awareness of climate-related topics to wider audiences through visual content (video, images, and more) Plan and produce regular and original video content that contributes to climate communication across digital channels Collaborate with SFOC's thematic programme teams to deliver campaigns through visual content Lead SFOC's design branding as Creative Director of the in-house production team Who We're Looking For 2+ years of video production experience with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software Ability to create motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools On-location filming skills including lighting setup and audio management Strong research and fact-checking skills; ability to handle complex climate and energy topics accurately Excellent understanding of content trends on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Familiarity with scripting for long-form and short-form video Nice to Have Strong creative planning and production skills with a high sensitivity to film and visuals Experience in integrated projects where messages are developed across multiple forms of production Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Genuine empathy for SFOC's vision and mission A collaborative mindset with respect for a diverse and inclusive organizational culture Self-motivated with the ability to find drive in a flexible work environment Please Read Carefully Please submit your CV, cover letter, and portfolio in English, in PDF format.
