Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested. Position is open to Lubbock, TX; Abilene, TX; or Midland, TX Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Project Architect: #1. Must be a registered architect. #2. Must have at least 5yrs of Community based project experience. #3. Must have solid Revit, Bluebeam and Sketchup skills. #3. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years Responsibilities of the Project Architect: The architect's duties will include being an active team member developing projects in their entirety, beginning with programming/conceptual design through the completion of construction administration. Specific task will include preparing project construction documents; communicating with and coordinating with consultants, contractors, owners & team members; documenting code review and compliance; reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance. Requirements of the Project Architect: Registered Architect 5+ years of experience High energy, confident, and goal oriented. A passion for creative design. Ability to collaborate closely with team members inside and outside the office. Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup. Desire to continue developing and grow career and firm. Other Key Requirements: 100% in office role Sponsorships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.
