Lead Project / Construction Manager: Landmark Commercial Office Tower, South America

Salary: Competitive base, plus package, including annual relocation allowance

A leading financial institution is delivering a new headquarters in the heart of its country’s financial district: a 75,000m² new-build office tower. We are looking for a Project Director who will lead its delivery.

We would be interested to speak to people who have have led, or been close number two, on at least several tall commercial office buildings - taking a complex high-rise scheme from design through construction and handover.

On offer is a a strong base salary and benefits package, relocation allowances paid annually to cover most of your expenses and the chance to lead a landmark scheme in a growing financial centre.
