• Managing packages of civil construction works from planning through to delivery
• Coordinating engineering, supervisory and subcontractor teams
• Programming and monitoring works against project milestones
• Managing subcontractors, procurement and materials
• Supporting contract administration, variations and claims
• Managing costs and applying strong commercial judgement
• Liaising with clients, superintendents and other project stakeholders
• Leading and developing junior engineers
• Driving safety, quality and environmental outcomes on site
