As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for working closely with IT teams & business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, prioritizing the product backlog, removing blockers, running various Agile ceremonies and maximizing team performance. Responsibilities: Aligning team activities with business objectives and long-term strategy Working with stakeholders to define priorities and clarify project requirements Keeping the team focused, removing blockers, and enabling high performance Managing the product backlog and maintaining a clear roadmap and project vision Running standard Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives Coordinating with Frontend and backend teams to manage dependencies and deliver full solutions Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and team capacity planning Continuously improving development processes and workflows Providing transparency on team progress, planning, and delivery milestones Requirements: Solid experience delivering complex software projects in cross-functional environments Strong skills in prioritization, stakeholder management, and setting expectations Experience in banking, Forex or Fintech is a big plus An outcome-focused mindset that values real impact over simply completing tasks Clear communication skills and a collaborative, empathetic leadership style Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage Ability to anticipate risks, manage challenges, and ensure predictable delivery Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints to make sound decisions quickly Interview steps: Recruiter screen (~30 minutes) Technical interview with 2 Project Managers (~60 minutes) Final interview with Head of frontend development (~60 minutes) Our benefits: Excellent compensation package Medical insurance Provident fund In-house gym with a personal trainer Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages Company discount card for various products & services 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually Shuttle bus service from Limassol Birthday gift Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support
