Job Description:

- Commissioning Software – Track issues, checklists, and closeout documentation in CxAlloy or comparable commissioning platforms.
- Controls Integration – Coordinate delivery and integration of EPMS, PMS, BMS, SCADA, and related monitoring and controls systems across electrical, mechanical, and IT teams.
- Fiber & Structured Cabling – Oversee backbone and horizontal fiber installation, pathways, termination, testing, and certification.
- Subcontractor & Vendor Management – Manage subcontractors, subconsultants, and vendors; enforce scope compliance, quality, safety, and schedule commitments.
- Procurement – Manage material procurement, submittals, and long-lead equipment tracking to protect the critical path.
- Change Management – Review, negotiate, and justify change orders to the owner with clear scope, cost, and schedule backup; hold subcontractors to contract scope.
- Reporting – Provide regular status, risk, and forecast reporting to company leadership, the General Contractor, and the company and site-specific safety programs and promote a zero-incident culture.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience on controls, low-voltage, or Division 27 scopes; field-based PM experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of L1–L5 commissioning processes and documentation.
- Working knowledge of EPMS, PMS, BMS, and SCADA architectures and their interfaces.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, including critical path analysis and schedule updates.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with owners, GCs, and trade partners.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with CxAlloy, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on fiber installation or testing background (BICSI, CFOT, or manufacturer certifications a plus).
- OSHA 30 (OSHA 10 minimum) or other recognized safety certifications.
- Military service. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
