Cinergie Digital is hiring a Project Manager to lead the client-side delivery of a large, turnkey airline cargo management platform, from scoping and vendor evaluation through go-live. The role directs an external development partner while coordinating multiple airline customers, third-party providers, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of turnkey cargo system projects, from scoping and vendor evaluation to deployment.
• Manage the development partner on the client's behalf, holding them to scope, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Run multiple airline customer engagements in parallel, keeping requirements, timelines, and deliverables aligned.
• Coordinate third-party solution providers and vendors to ensure seamless integration with existing cargo systems.
• Drive risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication across diverse airline environments.
• Own project budgets, KPIs, and delivery performance reporting, driving continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills

• Airline cargo domain experience is required — hands-on delivery of cargo management or air freight platforms.
• Proven experience leading the scoping and evaluation of turnkey projects from the client side.
• Track record implementing large, complex turnkey projects by managing a development partner (client side).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and technical delivery and integration processes.
• Strong risk management, change control, budget tracking, and KPI-based delivery governance.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of project management experience on large enterprise or multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and several engagements simultaneously.
