Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead our mission-critical Cargo Management System initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing complex delivery roadmaps, and ensuring the seamless integration of cargo systems. You will serve as the central point of contact between our internal engineering teams, external solution providers, and airline customers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-time implementations.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery: Lead projects from initial scoping and evaluation through to final deployment and hand-over.
Program Management: Manage multiple complex, large-scale customer engagements in parallel, ensuring strict alignment of requirements, delivery timelines, and project deliverables.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with third-party solution providers and technology vendors to ensure seamless system integration and technical compliance.
Stakeholder Management: Drive risk management, manage change control processes, and maintain transparent communication across diverse airline stakeholder environments.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, manage project budgets, and oversee delivery performance to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading large, complex turnkey projects from the client side.
Domain Expertise: Strong background in Airline Cargo Operations is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and practical experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage development partners effectively to meet project milestones.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master.
Specific experience in scoping and implementing large-scale enterprise cargo systems.
