Description
The Rural Healthcare Transformation Program (RHTP) Project Manager leads MDIH's portfolio of projects funded through Maine's Rural Health Transformation Program, a five-year federal program administered by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and coordinating the MDIH RHTP Steering Committee, the Project Manager oversees deliverables, budgets, reconciliations and resources for each project and each project year, so that every award is completed on time, within budget and in compliance with its funding agreement.
