Property Advisor

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Property Advisors to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidates will have a strong interest in real estate, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the drive to build a successful career in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property market.

We welcome experienced real estate professionals as well as sales professionals from other industries who are eager to transition into real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi property market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Advise clients on residential properties, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Manage client enquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Develop a strong network of clients and referral partners.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's property market, new launches, pricing, and emerging investment opportunities.
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous real estate experience in Abu Dhabi is an advantage.
• Candidates with a proven background in sales, banking, automotive, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a commission-driven sales environment.
