Qualifications

• UAE Market Experience: Minimum 6 months of direct real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience strongly preferred).
• Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation abilities.
• Drive & Independence: Self-motivated professional capable of driving individual results while contributing to a team.
• Mobility: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Client Advisory: Dedicated to staying informed on market trends, new developments, and inventory to provide elite advice to buyers and sellers.
• Business Development: Proactive approach to building a referral-based client pipeline.

The Main Event: What You'll Do

• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term connections with high-net-worth clients and leading developers.
• End-to-End Advisory: Guide buyers and investors through the entire transaction process, specializing in the luxury residential segment.
• Market Expertise: Leverage deep market intelligence to advise clients on high-yield property offerings and upcoming developments.
• Network Expansion: Proactively generate new leads and maximize referral pipelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and brokers to close deals and hit ambitious sales targets.
