About DUR Real Estate
DUR Real Estate L.L.C is a Dubai brokerage offering sales, leasing, property management and investment advisory across Dubai and the UAE. We're growing our sales team and looking for ambitious Property Consultants who want uncapped earnings and real support behind them.

What you'll do
- Handle and qualify incoming leads from buyers, investors, sellers and tenants
- Conduct viewings and advise clients on off-plan and ready properties
- Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions
- Keep listings and the CRM up to date
- Stay current on Dubai market trends and developer launches
What you need
- 1+ year of real estate experience in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong English communication; Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Self-driven, target-focused and client-first
