Role Description

We are currently hiring Property Consultants for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a strong focus on serving Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic-speaking, and international clients.

The role is primarily commission-based and is suited to confident, client-focused professionals who can manage property transactions while building strong and long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on residential properties and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identify client requirements, qualify leads, and recommend suitable properties based on their goals and budget.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers and investors through company leads, referrals, networking, prospecting, and digital channels.
• Conduct property consultations, presentations, and viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from initial enquiry through successful completion.
• Develop long-term relationships with investors, high-net-worth individuals, and international clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Build a strong professional presence and use social media to expand networks and generate leads.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions follow relevant regulatory and company requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, listings, marketing, mortgage, and support teams to provide a smooth client experience.
