Psychiatric Treatment Provider (PA-C, NP/PMHNP, or MD/DO)

Roseburg, Oregon | Full-Time | Flexible 4- or 5-Day Workweek

Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Assistance Available

Make a Difference. Help Build Something Meaningful.

Are you a medical provider who values independence, meaningful patient relationships, innovative treatment, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact?

Lonerock Clinic offers a unique opportunity to help establish, shape, and grow a developing behavioral health practice in Roseburg, Oregon.

This is not a position where you'll simply step into an established routine. You'll have the opportunity to help influence the direction and growth of the practice, contribute your clinical expertise, and develop meaningful relationships with patients in a community where access to quality mental healthcare truly matters.

Enjoy the independence of guiding day-to-day clinical care while benefiting from the resources, collaboration, and support of an engaged practice owner and established healthcare organization.

For someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for community service, and an interest in innovative psychiatric treatments, this opportunity offers the best of both worlds: the ability to help build something meaningful without having to do it alone.

Serve Those Who Served. Advance Mental Healthcare.

Roseburg is a close-knit Southern Oregon community with a strong veteran presence, beautiful natural surroundings, and access to outdoor recreation.

Our clinic provides innovative treatment options, including Spravato (esketamine), IV and IM ketamine, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including veterans and community members who may not have found adequate relief through conventional treatments.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a growing practice focused on compassionate, evidence-based, whole-person care.

For the right provider, this is more than a clinical position. It's an opportunity to make your mark, help shape the future of a practice, and create a lasting impact.

About Lonerock Clinic

Lonerock Clinic is a women-owned, LGBTQ+-inclusive integrative healthcare practice combining primary care, psychiatry, and innovative mental health treatment.

Our Roseburg location extends our ketamine treatment services to Southern Oregon, with a particular focus on improving access to care for veterans and the broader community.

You'll have access to clinical collaboration and operational support, including psychotherapists, nursing staff, program coordinators, and an engaged practice owner.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct psychiatric and medical intake evaluations, screening, and individualized treatment planning.
  • Provide psychiatric medication management and follow-up care within your qualifications and scope of practice.
  • Provide medical oversight, assessment, and appropriate dosing for Spravato, IV ketamine, IM ketamine, and KAP treatment sessions.

  • Support compliance with Spravato REMS requirements and applicable clinical protocols.
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Develop trusted relationships with patients, including veterans and individuals experiencing PTSD and other complex conditions.
  • Contribute ideas, clinical expertise, and leadership to help shape services, improve patient access, and support practice growth.
  • Remain informed about emerging research and evolving standards in ketamine-based and innovative mental health treatments.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current Oregon licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, in one of the following professional categories:

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure alone does not qualify for this position.

Preferred:

  • One or more years of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, emergency medicine, primary care, or a related clinical setting.
  • Experience with ketamine treatment, Spravato, KAP, or other interventional psychiatric therapies.

  • Interest in innovative and emerging psychiatric treatment approaches.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping grow a developing practice.
  • An appreciation for smaller communities and relationship-centered healthcare.

Previous ketamine treatment experience is not required for an otherwise qualified provider. Training and professional development support are available.
