Compensation & Benefits Package includes: 1. **Highly Competitive Compensation Package ** 2. **Sign-On Bonus** - $45,000 Sign On Bonus 3. **Work-Life Balance** - No overnight "in-house" calls - 14 days of paid vacation/time off per year - Approximately 4-5 nights a month of "back-up call from home, involving group's Advanced Practice Professionals, who are first call for all after-hours concerns. 4. **Professional Support** - Paid Malpractice - Health insurance with BCBS - Daytime and Nighttime Calls managed by groups Advance Practice Professionals with MD on-call backup - 24 hours presence of at least one group Allied Health Professional at most acute care institutions group practices 5. **Job Scope** - Clinical mix of Critical Care, Inpatient Pulmonary Medicine, Outpatient Pulmonary, advanced procedures available in hospital (and Sleep Medicine if desired) - Average working day: 9 hours long (~ 8 AM - 5 PM) - Vast majority of inpatient encounters managed by Advance Practice Professionals collaboration with groups physician. 6. **Work Schedule** - Anticipated initial schedule: Every other weekend off, consisting of four (4) days off - Option to work exclusively at a single location if desired 7. **Unparalleled Relocation Support Package** 8. **Professional Development and Support** - Each Doctor of the group works mostly clinically "independent but shares cross-coverage agreements and group strength support - Medical Staff Leadership opportunities readily available - Dynamic group with proven outstanding patient outcomes, low physician turnover, and ample opportunities for growth
