In unserem QC Chemical Physical Analytics Team übernimmst du Verantwortung für analytische Prüfungen, Laborgeräte und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse. Deine Aufgaben: Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von physikalisch-chemischen Analysen gemäß cGMP-Anforderungen, regulatorischen Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien. Sicherstellung einer GMP-konformen und termingerechten Bearbeitung von Analysenaufträgen. Verantwortung für zugewiesene Laborgeräte, einschließlich Kalibrierungen, Qualifizierungen und der zugehörigen Dokumentation. Unterstützung bei Troubleshooting-Aktivitäten sowie bei der Untersuchung von Abweichungen und der Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen. Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Laborprozessen, Methoden und Arbeitsabläufen. Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder sowie beim Wissensaustausch innerhalb des Teams. Teilnahme am Pikettdienst nach vorheriger Planung. Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant in EFZ, Chemie-, Biologie- oder Pharmalaborant in oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Qualifikation. Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle, vorzugsweise in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld der Pharma-, Biotech- oder Chemieindustrie. Erfahrung mit physikalischen und physikalisch-chemischen Analysen, beispielsweise: pH-Messungen Karl-Fischer-Titration Proteinbestimmung mittels UV-Spektroskopie Osmolalitäts- oder Leitfähigkeitsmessungen Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Verständnis für GMP- und Compliance-Anforderungen. Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Freude an Teamarbeit, Wissensaustausch und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung. What you will do: Perform, evaluate, and document physico-chemical analyses in compliance with cGMP requirements, regulatory expectations, and internal procedures. Ensure the timely and GMP-compliant execution of assigned testing activities. Take responsibility for designated laboratory equipment, including calibration, qualification, and associated documentation. Support troubleshooting activities, deviation investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions. Actively contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory processes, analytical methods, and workflows. Support the onboarding and training of new team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Participate in the on-call duty rota as scheduled. What we are looking for: Completed apprenticeship or degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a comparable scientific discipline. Initial or several years of experience in Quality Control, ideally within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical manufacturing environment. Experience with physical and physico-chemical analytical techniques, such as: pH measurements Karl Fischer titration UV spectroscopy for protein concentration determination Osmolality and conductivity measurements Strong quality mindset and understanding of GMP and compliance requirements.
