G2 are partnering with a market leader based near to Alkmaar, North Holland, who are looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

The client specialise in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, chemical and highly regulated process industries on full manufacturing processes, from research and NPI through to product manufacturing and validation phases.

You will be working on QA and some QC responsibilities, closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring relevant standards are adhered to, with a specific focus on GMP, GLP and CAPAs. The client ideally want people who have experience in scientific fields, primarily pharmaceuticals.

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: €5,000 - €7,000 per month + 8%

Package: Bonus, travel allowance, pension, 27 days annual leave +12 ADV days, relocation allowance (if required)

Essential Skills:

Masters degree in chemistry, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or similar
Background as QA Officer, Specialist, Qualified Person, or similar
Experience working on QA, documentation, GMP, CAPAs and GLP
Working history in scientific fields such as chemistry, pharma, biopharma, radiopharma, etc.
Ability to work independently, coordinating multiple processes simultaneously
Fluent English essential, must be able to read in Dutch

The successful candidate has a direct route to becoming overall QA Manager for the department within the next 2-3 years, so the role comes with clear progression.
