Welcome to Haleon. We’re a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company putting everyday health in the hands of millions. In just three years since our launch, we’ve grown, evolved and are now entering an exciting new chapter – one filled with bold ambitions and enormous opportunity.

Our trusted portfolio of brands – including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum® – lead in resilient and growing categories. What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.

Now it’s time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. It puts our purpose – to deliver better everyday health with humanity – at the heart of everything we do. It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.

Join a role where Quality Systems, Supplier Quality and Continuous Improvement come together. As a Quality Systems Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will support and improve quality processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure the effective use of digital quality systems such as SAP and Veeva.

You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, support audits and identify opportunities to improve processes across the site. Beyond day-to-day quality activities, you will contribute to projects that strengthen operational excellence and help shape how we work in the future.

This role offers broad exposure across the business, collaboration with local and global stakeholders, and the opportunity to build expertise in supplier quality, quality systems and continuous improvement. If you enjoy solving problems, driving change and making a visible impact, you'll find plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and develop your career with us.

What will you be doing?

  • Driving continuous improvement projects and helping shape how quality processes work across the site.
  • Working directly with suppliers to resolve quality issues, lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Using SAP, Veeva and quality data to identify trends, prevent recurring issues and improve performance.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering and Technical teams on improvement and compliance initiatives.
  • Supporting audits, certifications and quality activities that help keep our products and processes operating to the highest standards.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Continuous Improvement or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Secondary education and an interest in quality systems, process improvement and manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends, investigate root causes and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to collaborate across teams and work directly with suppliers.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and quickly learn new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with SAP, Veeva or other quality systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality tools such as CAPA, root cause analysis, PDCA or Lean principles is an advantage.

Success in this role requires adaptability, flexibility and a proactive mindset. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve, changes are part of everyday work and continuous improvement is at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and finding opportunities to make things better.
