Collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing and sourcing, you will mentor and develop your engineers, with a clear path to progress into Global RF Engineering Manager.

The Role:

• Leading a domestic RF engineering team while overseeing remote designers.
• Taking multiple high-frequency products through design reviews and a structured stage-gate process.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing and sourcing to align engineering with the product roadmap.
• Mentoring and developing engineers, with a route to managing teams globally.

The Person:

• Strong RF engineering background, ideally with RF interconnect experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with coaxial, microwave, and high-frequency or millimeter wave RF products
