Looking for an exciting career opportunity in one of Europe's most picturesque cities? We are hiring customer-centric French & English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support one of Europe's leading car rental brands from Porto.

Key Highlights & Position Details:
- Position: Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division)
- Location: Porto, Portugal
- Work Type: 100% On-site
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 (rotational daytime shifts)
- Days Off: Every Saturday and Sunday off
- Contract Type: 6-month contract
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Gross Salary: €1,000 gross per month (paid over 14 months per year)
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
- Comprehensive Relocation Support:
- Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (detailed conditions discussed during the interview; flight tickets are not covered)
- Dedicated on-the-ground support to help you settle smoothly into life in Porto
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding, personalized customer care via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Handle post-rental resolutions with empathy and precision, including billing questions and damage reports
- Highlight relevant optional products and tailored mobility services to meet client needs
Requirements:
- Full professional fluency / native level in French and English (both written and spoken)
- 1+ years of previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and recommend add-on services
- Comfort working with modern digital tools and internal support systems
