Real Estate Agent

Real Estate Masters is looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The successful candidates will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong relationships and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
• Promote available properties through calls, networking, social media, and company platforms.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in the company CRM.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi property projects, market prices, regulations, and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
• Prepare and maintain the required documents for property transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow all company policies, CRM procedures, and professional conduct standards.

Requirements

• Previous UAE real estate sales experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Additional languages, particularly Arabic, are an advantage.
• Strong sales, networking, and customer-service abilities.
• Professional appearance and a results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, property portals, and social media.
• UAE driving licence and own car are preferred.
• Must be based in the UAE and available to join within two weeks.
