About the Opportunity

Takween Aldar Real Estate is expanding its Secondary Market and Off-Plan teams and is looking for experienced real estate professionals with a proven ability to close.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for agents who understand the Dubai real estate market, know how to manage clients and opportunities, and have the discipline and ambition to consistently produce results.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience

• Proven and verifiable track record of closed transactions

• Dubai/UAE real estate experience strongly preferred

• Experience in Secondary Market and/or Off-Plan

• Strong client management, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills

• Ability to secure listings and develop your own business

• Professional, disciplined, accountable and target-driven

• Excellent English communication skills

• Russian, German, French, Italian or other languages are an advantage

The Role

You will take ownership of your pipeline from opportunity to closing, including:

• Converting qualified leads

• Building and maintaining client relationships

• Securing listings

• Conducting viewings and client meetings

• Consistent follow-up

• Negotiating and closing transactions

• Maintaining accurate CRM activity

• Meeting agreed sales KPIs
