Sales Agent – Hakuba

Hakuba Real Estate is looking for a Sales Agent to join our small international team based in Hakuba.

You’ll work with both Japanese and international clients, helping with property enquiries, viewings, sales support and day-to-day communication.

We’re looking for someone who is either:

• Japanese and comfortable speaking English, or
• Non-Japanese with fluent/business-level Japanese

Good computer skills, a positive attitude and an interest in real estate are important. Previous real estate experience is welcome, but not essential.

• Interest in real estate and working with international clients
• Based in Hakuba or willing to relocate
• Able to work as part of a small, close-knit team
