Key Responsibilities:

• Source, list, and sell/lease residential or commercial properties in Dubai’s key freehold areas.
• Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice to clients on market conditions and prices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and potential buyers.
• Negotiate deals and oversee the end-to-end sales/leasing process.
• Stay up-to-date with RERA laws and Dubai Land Department regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience (Experience in the Dubai Real Estate market is highly preferred).
• Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of Dubai’s communities (e.g., JVC, Marina, Downtown, Business Bay).
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Availability: Candidate must currently be in Dubai and available for an in-person interview.
• Driver’s License: A valid UAE Driving License and own car is a major advantage.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, or Hindi/Urdu) are a plus.
