The opportunity

We are looking for Client Consultants who want to build lasting relationships and a career they can be proud of. Whether you bring real estate experience or are ready to enter the industry, you will develop your own client portfolio and guide clients through the Dubai property market, supported by experienced leadership and a collaborative team.

What you will do

· Build relationships with clients, investors, property owners and industry partners, and develop new business opportunities.

· Understand client objectives and advise on suitable properties and market opportunities.

· Manage enquiries, viewings, negotiations and transactions through to completion.

· Maintain a consistent pipeline, share opportunities with colleagues and represent entourage. with integrity and discretion.

Who we are looking for

Experienced candidates will bring a track record in real estate, sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage client relationships. Dubai market experience is valued.

New to real estate? We welcome strong candidates with transferable skills from sales, client service or other relationship-led roles, alongside the drive to learn the market and build a client portfolio. Previous real estate experience is not essential.
