[Key Responsibilities]

• Identify U.S. real estate development and investment projects and conduct feasibility reviews

• Conduct market research, investment analysis, and development strategy planning

• Prepare business plans, investment proposals, and project materials

• Drive projects in collaboration with U.S.-based partners and investors

• Manage development project operations and monitor performance

[Qualifications]

• Understanding of U.S. real estate development, investment, or construction industries

• Strong capabilities in market analysis and feasibility review

• Ability to prepare investment and business-related documents

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders

• Ability to work in both Korean and English

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience in U.S. real estate development, investment, or asset management

• Experience in investment analysis or project financing

• Experience in commercial real estate or development projects

• U.S. real estate license

• Work or study experience in the U.S.

[자격요건]

• 미국 부동산 개발, 투자, 건설 또는 관련 산업에 대한 이해와 높은 관심을 보유한 분

• 시장 조사, 데이터 분석 및 사업성 검토 역량을 보유한 분

• 투자 제안서, 사업 계획서, 보고서 등 문서 작성 능력을 보유한 분

• 다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유한 분

• 한국어 및 영어 기반의 업무 수행 및 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분

[우대사항]

• 미국 부동산 개발, 투자, 건설 또는 자산운용 관련 실무 경험 보유자

• 부동산 금융, 투자 분석 또는 프로젝트 파이낸싱 경험 보유자

• 상업용 부동산, 산업용 부동산 또는 개발 프로젝트 경험 보유자

• 미국 현지 부동산 시장 및 개발 프로세스에 대한 이해를 보유한 분

• 투자 제안서, 사업 계획서, IR 자료 작성 경험 보유자

• 미국 소재 대학(원) 졸업자 또는 미국 현지 근무 경험 보유자
