Regalia Real Estate is an Abu Dhabi-based real estate brokerage focused on professional, transparent and client-focused property advisory services.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.

Support management and real estate agents with documentation, scheduling and coordination.

Maintain company records, files and internal databases.

Coordinate client documents, property records and transaction paperwork.

Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.

Maintain CRM data and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Coordinate with developers, clients, service providers and government entities when required.

Support property listing administration and marketing coordination.

Track office supplies, subscriptions, invoices and routine expenses.

Assist with onboarding new employees and agents.

Ensure company documents, licences and renewals are properly organized and monitored.

Provide general administrative support to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration, office management or a similar role.

Previous experience in real estate market.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business software.

Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Professional and presentable with strong interpersonal skills.

Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Previous UAE real estate experience is preferred but not essential.

Salary: AED 4,500-6,000 per month (depending on experience)
