The opportunity
Why this seat
is different.
Instead of one administrator we are building a team: administrators who deliver the cases, and this seat, which owns client communication, the transaction paperwork and the overview of what is open.
The Real Estate Administrator reports to this seat from day one, with the founders supporting while the structure is built.
We are straight about the title. You join as Assistant on the same salary as the administrator seat, and the step up to Operations Manager, with the team reporting to you and a higher base, is written down with its criteria instead of promised in a conversation.

AED 7,000, Stage 2 AED 8,000 + 3% of the team margin

What you will do
- Own client communication: status, expectations and the answer before the client has to ask for it.
- Keep every case moving: what is open, what is stuck, who owes what, visible in the platform rather than in someone's head.
- Run the transaction paperwork and the government and portal work behind each case.
- Lead the administrators as the team grows, starting with one.
- Write the SOPs for every recurring case type, so the next hire learns from a document and not from a conversation.
- Real operations experience from day one. We train the method and the platform, not the profession.
- Calm under a full inbox and precise with documents.
- Represents the company independently with clients, providers and government desks.
- Fluent English in writing and on the phone. Dubai based.
A salaried seat with a written step up rather than a vague promise.
AED 7,000, Stage 2 AED 8,000 + 3% of the team margin
- Stage 1: AED 7,000 per month, paid via WPS.
- Stage 2, Operations Manager: AED 8,000 plus 3% of the net margin on the services your team delivered. Net margin means price minus partner cost, government and payment fees and paid referrals.
- The step is on five written criteria, reviewed at the end of probation and quarterly after: the provider menu stands, three consecutive months with no client left without an answer, every recurring case type covered by an SOP, you represent the company independently, and the team holds its numbers without the founders stepping in.
- Not time served: meet the criteria in month six and the step happens in month six. If one is not met you are told in writing which one and what closes it.
Visa sponsorship
- As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.
- The ladder is written: Assistant, then Operations Manager, then Head of Operations.
