We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the strategic expansion of our investment and business teams across Voloridge Investment Management and VOLO Health. Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Recruiters in our Jupiter, Florida office, this role will be an integral part of our recruiting efforts as we continue to grow. Core responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. Summary of Job Functions Interview Coordination & Scheduling Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across various roles and time zones Manage multiple hiring calendars, coordinate availability, and confirm interview details with candidates and hiring teams Arrange in-person, video, and panel interviews Candidate & Hiring Team Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate and facilitate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process Send interview confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-up communication to candidates and hiring teams Communicate last-minute scheduling changes to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers Recruitment Support & Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance Handle confidential and sensitive candidate information with discretion and professionalism Build recruiting reports and dashboards to track key pipeline metrics for hiring teams Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or administrative support Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Must be willing to work fully on-site in our Jupiter, FL office Preferred Skills and Previous Experience Experience supporting high-volume recruiting teams Experience working in financial services is a plus Familiarity with Greenhouse Recruiting or similar Applicant Tracking System Prior experience coordinating executive-level interviews Knowledge of recruitment compliance best practices Prior experience in the financial services industry Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive base salary Profit sharing bonus Health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance 401k Relocation assistance, if necessary Voloridge Investment Management is an SEC registered investment advisor and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
