Recruiting Specialist

Eagle One Solutions, Inc., a Chenega Professional Services ’ company, is looking for an experienced Recruiting Specialist to support the planning and execution of a wide range of recruiting events, HR summits, and other Human Capital initiatives as needed. Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting events held at Colleges and Universities, Vocational Schools, Industry Partner, and other sites. Design, coordinate, and execute targeted recruitment events--utilizing both physical and virtual platforms as required. Facilitate recruiter training across the organization including developing training materials, including checklists, training guides, and best practice documents, for use across the Enterprise to enable the successful execution of annual recruiting events. Facilitate the development, collection, and distribution of Return on Investment data and key event performance metrics. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of professional experience. Full life cycle recruiting experience for a federal government organization Deep understanding of the entire federal classification and staffing processes, including best uses of hiring authorities Experience developing and managing candidate screening processes. Recruiting information systems experience including experience supporting the deployment of new features and technologies Current possession of a U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one with our sponsorship Estimated Salary/Wage USD $130,000.00/Yr.
