Recruitment Supervisor

As Recruitment Supervisor, you will in charge of recruiting personnel includes identifying recruitment needs, proposing options, finding and recruiting staff suitable to the business needs of the business. Ensure policy compliance, support the Company’s initiatives, and promote a positive employee culture. Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matters.

I. REQUIREMENT:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration...

2. Service years in the field:

• At least 1year of relevant experience or similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

3. Knowledge and skills:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR related matters.
• Very good communication and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, organizational abilities.
• Ability to engage others in support

4. Language:

• English (listening, speaking, reading and writing): good.
