The Package: - Tax-free monthly salary of QAR 12,000 (Negotiable based on certification and experience) - 60% commission on private sessions - Accommodation provided near the studio for the first month (overseas hires) to help you settle in - Medical insurance - Visa sponsorship - Paid annual leave - Paid annual flights home - Relocation flight (overseas hires) Qualifications & Skills: - Internationally recognised Reformer Pilates certification (BASI, STOTT, or equivalent) - Minimum 1 year of teaching experience - Fluent English (Arabic is advantageous but not required) - Strong team player — hardworking, punctual, and flexible - Excellent communicator and attentive listener - Comfortable engaging with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds - Warm, outgoing personality Duties & Responsibilities: - Teach Reformer classes six days per week (five classes per day) - Schedule and manage your own private training sessions - Engage with clients warmly to ensure a comfortable, welcoming studio experience - Help maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented studio environment Department Group Exercise Instructor Role Pilates Locations Qatar Qatar Why work with us?
