About the Role
As the Refrigeration & HVAC Service Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in leading our local service team while maintaining strong customer relationships across commercial and industrial sites.

You'll divide your time between supporting technicians in the field and coordinating branch-based activities including compliance, quoting, scheduling and customer management.

This position works primarily Monday to Friday and participates in a rotating on-call roster that includes evenings and weekends.

About You
We're looking for a motivated leader who combines strong technical capability with excellent people skills.

Essential Requirements

  • Trade qualification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or HVAC
  • Ability to obtain New Zealand EWRB registration (EST Practising Licence preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' HVAC&R industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Proven experience across commercial and industrial HVAC&R service, maintenance and installations
  • Strong understanding of controls and Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
  • Current NZ Driver Licence or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing Drug & Alcohol testing
