Location: Bangna, Bangkok Workplace type: Hybrid What you will do: Lead the implementation of reliability initiatives in the region to drive cost improvement and increase overall operations efficiency Drive Ingredion Performance System implementation strategy, roadmap and performance metrics. Assure sustainability of the system after implementation, driving routines of audits and action plans to close the gaps. Lead reliability and asset utilization, by developing the strategy, standard facility reliability metrics, and best-in-class systems that will improve maintenance effectiveness and asset performance. Collaborate with teams to develop plans to reduce manufacturing losses and improve facility utilization through root cause analysis and facilitate implementation of the reliability strategy across all APAC facilities. Helping managing APAC Maintenance Cost Budget and Mechanical Stores Implement and standardize Process KPIs, best operational practices, and root cause analysis. Develop maintenance strategy for critical and key operational assets to ensure plants run reliably at desired output for minimum life cycle costs. Provide input to a Risk Management that will anticipate reliability related risks that could adversely impact plant operations and develop solutions to eliminate or minimize risks. Develop internal and external resources and capabilities to drive the improvement of the reliability of equipment and systems that support meeting the facility’s safety, quality, cost and production goals. Connect actual scenario with new technologies enclosing to industry 4.0 Develop systems and solutions for the proactive identification of asset performance issues and perform statistical analysis on equipment failure data to resolve reliability issues identified in design or manufacturing, and support execution of corrective actions. What you will bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Knowledge of CMMS (SAP preferred) system as it pertains to maintenance and operations Prior experience in and strong knowledge of principles and techniques of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) in the manufacturing setting Utilize and apply techniques such as Six Sigma, Applied and Advanced Statistics, Predictive/Proactive Analysis & Tools, RCM, FMEA, FEMECA, WCM Advanced Tools, Weibull Analysis, Analytics tools, artificial intelligence, neural networks, and machine learning for innovation. Possess working knowledge of predictive maintenance technology (Vibration, Oil, and Infrared, UE, MCA, and NDT). Why Join Ingredion?
