The Opportunity
As Head of Secondary, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of students aged 11 to 18. You will lead talented teams, drive academic excellence, foster a culture of wellbeing and belonging, and help prepare young people for success in an increasingly interconnected world.

We are looking for leaders who combine strong educational expertise with emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and a genuine passion for developing both students and staff. Who We're Looking For
• We are seeking exceptional educational leaders who have:
• A proven track record of successful leadership within secondary education.
• Significant experience in British and/or international school settings.
• A passion for delivering excellent outcomes for students both academically and personally.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience leading school improvement initiatives and driving educational innovation.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• A collaborative, resilient and values-led approach to leadership.
