Key Responsibilities: Provide knowledgeable and compassionate clinical practice and patient care coordination, with a focus on a patient-centered approach. Deliver care to both adult and pediatric patients, with approximately 20% of the patient population being pediatric. Maintain a 4-5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio to ensure quality care. Perform care using ventilator and arterial blood gas (ABG) equipment as needed. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create a supportive environment and optimize patient outcomes. Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways to deliver high-quality care. Engage in continuous quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; candidates with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) must obtain a BSN within five years of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a caring and professional demeanor. Proficient in computer skills and electronic health records (EHR).
