About Us

NexaMed Global is a premier international healthcare recruitment partner dedicated to matching top-tier global nursing talent with leading healthcare systems across the United States. We guide qualified international nurses through the transition, placement, and relocation process to ensure a seamless career launch in the USA.

The Opportunity

We are actively building a premium delivery funnel of exceptionally qualified international Registered Nurses (RNs) to introduce to our network of premier hospital clients in the United States. Our partner facilities include major acute care systems, Magnet-designated hospitals, and prestigious teaching institutions across various US states.

Selected candidates will receive visa sponsorship for themselves and their qualifying family members, subject to immigration policies & timelines. Please note that exact visa routes (such as EB-3 Immigrant Visas or alternative non-immigrant pathways) and overall immigration timelines depend on your country of birth and your existing Priority Date status. Candidates with previously established Priority Dates or those from countries with favorable Visa Bulletin cut-off dates will be fast-tracked for immediate presentation to hiring hospitals.

What Our Partner Hospitals Offer:

  • Competitive US nursing salaries with full shift differentials.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
  • Generous relocation allowances and transition-to-practice support.
  • Clinical orientation programs tailored specifically for internationally educated nurses.

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for immediate presentation to our hospital network, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree; prior hospital or acute care experience preferred.
  • NCLEX-RN: Successful completion and active pass status on the NCLEX-RN exam.
  • VisaScreen: A valid, active VisaScreen Certificate issued by CGFNS (or an equivalent authorized body), or official proof that your certificate is in the final stages of issuance.
  • Licensure: Hold a nursing license in good standing from your country of education or practice.
  • Clinical Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an acute care or hospital setting is highly preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Meet the English language proficiency requirements (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or OET) necessary to secure your VisaScreen.

Other requirements:

  • Clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Proficiency in documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and support patients and families.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound, evidence-based decisions under pressure.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, cultural competence, and professional ethics in diverse patient populations.
  • Willingness to relocate to Texas, United States, and participate in orientation, transition-to-practice, and ongoing training programs.
