Work Schedule and Shift Premiums Full Time (Days) | 7am to 7 pm | 3 days / 36 hours/week including every other weekend 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour Weekend premium is $2.00/hour Requirements Valid Michigan RN license (could possibly start as a GN while obtaining your MI license or sitting for your NCLEX) Experience preferred but not required BLS, ACLS, PALS and CPI certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital) Responsibilities Monitor patients’ conditions and maintain accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records Consult with and advise patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Create a comfortable environment for patients and families using a non-judgmental, compassionate attitude and open communication Work cohesively with healthcare team to assess, administer and evaluate individual patient care plans Benefits Insurance: medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability Paid Time Off: vacation, holidays Retirement: 403(b) with match Education assistance and continuing education - many courses offered on-site at the hospital Eligible for a 1x payment of $5,250 toward your RN student loan!
