As an experienced clinician and team leader, they respond effectively to rapidly changing clinical situations, promote patient and staff safety, and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team. The role encompasses clinical leadership, education, quality improvement, and workplace health and safety, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence in patient care.
