Then this is the role for you! We are seeking an experienced and motivated nurse leader to join our Emergency Department Nursing Leadership Team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing – Emergency Department, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the nursing workforce, including staffing, rostering and budget management. This predominantly clinical role requires a nurse who can provide safe, high-quality patient care while demonstrating strong leadership and accountability. You will support and develop nursing staff, contribute to workforce planning, and help ensure the efficient operation of a busy Emergency Department.
