As part of Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol and Drug Services (MHJHADS), you will work within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused, person-centred care across the ACT. This rewarding role involves providing clinical management, supporting consumers receiving clozapine treatment, and partnering with families, carers and community agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Based at the City Community Health Centre, much of your work will involve outreach across the ACT, supporting consumers who require intensive follow-up and engagement.
