Your Role: As a Registered Nurse in our Medical Surgical department, you will be at the forefront of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Utilizing our state-of-the-art patient care model, you will be supported by a nurturing nursing organization and empowered to provide the highest standard of care your patients deserve. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the Medical Surgical unit. Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate, and educate patients. Collaborate effectively with various healthcare team members, patients, and families. Coordinate and delegate patient care activities. Manage and update patient records accurately. Interpret and enter computerized data/information. Uphold the policies and guidelines of our nursing organization. Contribute to quality improvement projects as required. Requirements: Current Massachusetts RN License. 1+ years of RN experience (preferred). BLS Certification, with ACLS required in specific units. Nursing degree (Diploma, ASN, or BSN - with BSN preferred or obtained within 4 years). Specialty Experience: Med-Surg experience preferred, but experience in specialties such as orthopedics, oncology, geriatrics, post-op, renal, etc., is highly valued. Strong communication skills. Physical ability to meet job responsibilities. Basic computer skills. Fluency in another language is a plus. Why Choose Us?
