Join a respected healthcare organization as a Registered Nurse, providing direct patient care, education, and care transitions across various settings. As part of the role, you'll support the Mayo Nursing Care Model, participate in quality improvement, and demonstrate leadership through mentorship and committee involvement. All new nurses are enrolled in an extensive orientation and Nurse Residency Program, with additional support for those new to Mayo Clinic.

Qualifications Include

Student or graduate of a registered nursing program
Current RN license and BLS certification
Preferred one year of RN or LPN experience
Ability to delegate care appropriately and communicate effectively

This position is eligible for TN visa sponsorship, requiring licensure and certification completion for sponsorship approval.

Compensation ranges from $40.19 to $61.18 per hour, with benefits eligibility and part-time schedule, including 12-hour night shifts, holiday rotation, and every third weekend off.
