Work Schedule and Shift Premiums
- Full Time Nights | 7pm to 7 am | 3 days / 36 hours/week including every other weekend
- 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour
- 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour
- Weekend premium is $2.00/hour
Requirements
- Valid Michigan RN license
- Experience preferred but not required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS and CPI certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
Responsibilities
- Treat patients, monitoring their condition while maintaining accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records
- Consult with and advise patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Create a comfortable environment for patients and families using a non-judgmental, compassionate attitude and open communication
- Work cohesively with healthcare team to assess, administer and evaluate individual patient care plans
