Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Glendive Medical Center | Glendive, Montana Full-Time | Three 12-Hour Shifts per Week | Starting Wage: $31.63+/hour (based on experience) and differentials are available. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care and nursing interventions Complete patient assessments and monitor progress Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality standards Promote patient safety through adherence to established clinical protocols Work areas include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care Schedule Details Full-time, three 12-hour shifts Rotating day/night shifts every 6 weeks Weekend and holiday rotation required Qualifications Current RN License (Montana or compact) BLS certification Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Employee Benefits In addition to competitive pay, we offer recruitment incentives such as a sign-on, relocation, retention, and tuition reimbursement specific to the candidate.
