Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations for the Trauma Ortho/Neuro Med-Surg unit. Provide direct patient care and ensure adherence to clinical standards. Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Manage patient assignments, resource allocation, and shift communication. Monitor patient progress, document assessments, and evaluate treatment effectiveness. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Promote patient satisfaction through compassionate, efficient, and evidence-based care.
