Responsibilities Deliver exceptional bedside care to medical-surgical and orthopedic patients. Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and vital signs. Administer medications, wound care, and post-operative treatments. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans. Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and quality standards. Support hospital initiatives focused on continuous improvement and outcomes.
