What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Deliver
critical care nursing
for ICU patients with complex conditions
Develop and execute
personalized care plans
aligned with best practices
Administer medications and IV therapy ensuring
patient safety compliance
Monitor patient status and respond to
clinical changes and emergencies
Interpret
diagnostic tests and lab results
, escalating critical findings
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to
optimize treatment outcomes
Maintain accurate
electronic health records (EHR)
and documentation
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Required:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent experience
Active
RN License (Compact or South Carolina)
BLS Certification (AHA)
within 7 days of hire
Willingness to obtain
ACLS & NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
certification
Strong expertise in
ICU, patient care, and clinical decision-making
Preferred:
1+ year of
ICU or telemetry nursing experience
CCRN certification
(Critical Care Registered Nurse)
Experience with
EHR systems and ICU monitoring technology
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in
high-acuity or trauma ICU settings
Familiarity with
infection control protocols and compliance standards
Strong
team collaboration and communication skills

$71,000 – $99,835 base salary + up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
